For seventeen years, John was the President and Chief Executive Officer of David Paradine Television Inc., the LA-based US television production company belonging to Sir David Frost. He has produced more than 150 hours of national and international television for such networks as CBS, HBO, PBS, Discovery-Times, Disney, A&E Network, The History Channel, BBC and The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Productions for which John has served as Executive Producer include programs with six presidents of the United States, two former British Prime Ministers and former leaders of the Soviet Union.

In the early 1980s, John served as Communications Director for the Democratic National Committee in Washington, DC.

In 1997, John - building on the media base established by his brother Radu - started new Centrade companies. In 1997, he formed the Bates Agency in Romania; in 1999, he created Cable Direct; in 2005, he launched Chainsaw Europe Studios and in 2008, he launched Kubis Interactive SRL, where he is acting CEO;

He holds a history degree (Magna Cum Laude) from Boston College (1976) and was the first US editor of the Oxford University newspaper, The Cherwell. At Oxford he studied Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE). John speaks fluent English, French, and working Romanian.

For the past twenty one years, Nick Florescu has been President of Centrade USA, Inc., Centrade’s holding company headquartered in Houston, Texas. Nick's career began in the oil energy sector where he traded and brokered oil for eighteen years, both on the international and domestic market.

Nick founded Centrade USA in 1991 and has been integrally involved in its growth and development.

Nick served as managing director of an outdoor billboard company in Romania, where he developed the country's first national billboard network. He managed the billboard company from the time of its inception in 1995 until the company sold it to NewsCorp in 2002. Nick is currently heading the expansion of Centrade's digital online business in Houston, where he serves as CEO of Kubis Interactive, Inc. USA.

Nick also serves as the Honorary Consul of Romania in Texas, a post he has held for over seven years. In this capacity, Nick hosts high-level Romanian delegations, such as Romania’s Minister of Industry and Trade and the Romanian energy delegation. In 2009, Nick founded private charitable organization called The Florescu Foundation, which has been actively involved in helping orphaned and street children in Romania.

Nick lives in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Boston College (1974) where he earned a Bachelors degree in Marketing. He speaks English and French.

As of January 2016, Radu is CEO of Centrade becomes Centrade | Cheil, regional communication hub for South-East Europe, with the headquarter in Bucharest and local offices in Belgrade, Zagreb, Sofia and Budapest. For more than twenty years, Radu has been CEO of Centrade Saatchi & Saatchi, a communication group that included: Saatchi & Saatchi, Saatchi& Saatchi X, Saatchi & Saatchi PR, Pantone Studios.” The affiliation to the international network ended in December 2014 and, in 2015, the agency operated as Centrade, one of the leading independent communication agencies in Romania.

Radu has extensive contacts among the top advertisers in Romania and with many multinationals operating in the Balkan region. He also worked closely with Saatchi & Saatchi London and Publicis Paris. Among Centrade’s blue chip clients, Radu handles Procter & Gamble, Toyota, Rompetrol, Raiffeisen Bank, as well as media projects related to the EU programs in Romania. Radu assisted in efforts to promote Romania’s entry into the EU and arranged logistical support for President Bill Clinton’s visit in 1997. Along with his brother John, he co-led the "Romanian-Americans for Obama" committee in 2008 and then again in 2012. Radu is a founding member of the International Advertising Association, Vice-president of the Romanian Association of Advertising Agencies, and, in 2012 - 2013, he represented Romania & Eastern Europe to Brussels on the European Board of the EACA. Radu is currently on the board of AIESEC, Romania (International Association of Students in Economics), Member of the Board of JA (Junior Achievement), Member of the Board of OvidiuRo, President of the Board of ASEBUSS MBA program in Romania, Member of the Board of Fulbright, Romania, Member of the Board of United Way, Romania and Vice-president on the Board of AmCham in Bucharest. He is also president of the Board of Tarom, the national airline company in Romania.

Prior to moving to Romania, Radu worked as a floor broker at Shearson Lehman Hutton, at the New York Stock Exchange.

Radu has a BA in Marketing from Boston College (1983). He speaks fluent English, French, and Romanian.
